Mark Weitz focuses his practice on general corporate law, finance and securities law, private equity and mergers and acquisitions. He represents clients in activities such as acquisitions or dispositions of business units, mergers, joint ventures, licensing arrangements, financing transactions, and private and public offerings. He also provides counsel on corporate governance matters to clients.
Prior to joining Stinson Leonard Street, Mark was an associate with Stroock & Stroock & Lavan in New York from 1981 to 1983.
