Michael Haag is an attorney with Haag Law Offices, P.A., in Anoka, Minnesota where he concentrates his practice in Business and Corporate Law, Nonprofit, Estate Planning, Tax Law and Probate.
His extensive tax background includes a clerkship in the legal division of the Minnesota Department of Revenue, and employment as a Tax Associate for Arthur Andersen, LLP.
Mike was also an Adjunct Professor for the Hamline University Graduate School of Business, Nonprofit Management Program in St. Paul, Minnesota. He serves on the board of several nonprofit organizations, was a Planning Commissioner for the City of Coon Rapids, and is a regular speaker and published author on nonprofit, corporate and tax issues.
Mike is the former host of a Saturday afternoon radio talk show in the Twin Cities on AM 980 KKMS called “Seeking Precedence – a Christian Perspective to Legal Issues.”
Mike enjoys running and biking, but most of his time these days is spent playing with his children. Something you may not know about Mike is that before he went to law school he was in law enforcement for about two years.
